⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Just Like Grandma Used to Make!
If you're looking for a breakfast spot that feels like a warm hug from your grandma, look no further. This cozy little café is the kind of hidden gem every town dreams of having. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the smell of sizzling bacon, fresh-baked biscuits, and brewed coffee that takes you back to simpler times.
The décor is charming and homey—think gingham curtains, vintage dishware, and a pie cooling on the counter. The staff are genuinely kind and treat you like family, not just another customer. It's the kind of place where they remember your name and your favorite order.
Now let’s talk about the food. Fluffy pancakes, perfectly crisped hash browns, golden scrambled eggs, and sausage gravy that tastes like it came straight from grandma’s cast iron skillet. Their homemade jams and jellies are the cherry on top—literally, if you get the biscuits!
Every bite brings back memories of childhood breakfasts at grandma’s table—slow, peaceful, and made with love. You don’t just leave full—you leave happy. It’s the kind of breakfast that sticks with you in the best way.
If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and stop by. 💯

Great little local breakfast spot. The bacon was so tasty. I order eggs fried hard, and most places leave them on the griddle too long. Not the Corner Cafe! Eggs were fried just to done, salt and pepper was all they needed. Service was quick, friendly, and attentive without being annoying.

Went for breakfast. Had the Philly breakfast bowl & the Eggs Benedict. I really liked the Philly bowl. The eggs Benedict was ok. Service staff was very friendly & attentive. I would definitely go back. Downside is that they are a little pricey.

We were staying at Lake Ray Roberts in Motorhome & didn’t want to cook. Looked for a small town Mama/Papa country cafe, this was definitely it!
As the pictures show the quality of the food was wonderful. Everything tasted great & served hot.
They also have REAL Texas sweet tea. I always go for sweet tea went I visit TX.
Prices were reasonable for amount received. Building was clean. Seating was spacious.
Our server “Shirley D” was friendly, knowledgeable of the products available, & a good source on local information. All of the staff looked happy to be there.
Parking lot was large with a couple trucks/boat trailers. Definitely a local hot spot.

We traveled far away from home today for garage sales and ended up in Pilot Point Texas just before lunch time, so we stopped for a bite to eat at a place called The Corner Cafe. They serve breakfast, brunch and lunch. Small location but was busy with most of the tables filled with families enjoying a gorgeous Saturday morning. We both enjoyed the choices we made and ate everything. Great crispy bacon and the fried green tomatoes were delicious.

Small Cafe style place, with limited seating, responsive and helpful staff and good comfort style food. Highly recommend as waitress and people there were very nice and the food was good.

Vegetarian options: There are some choices, French fries, grits, mixed veggies, in all quite limited.

Dietary restrictions: Do mention that you have dietary restrictions as they are not familiar with celiac or lactose intolerance.

Adorable little cafe! The waitstaff is always friendly, food is delicious, and the atmosphere is so sweet, warm, and inviting. It's like going to Grandma's house when you visit Corner Cafe. Ask for Shirley! She'll take great care of you!

They have so many different ways to have a Philly Cheesesteak: omelet, skillet, or sandwich. The tea is always fresh and yummy. Their chocolate chunk cookies are the size of a salad plate and delicious!
