Went in for the first time ever on my last visit, the dining area was fairly empty and mostly clean but very stuffy and warm. Not exactly comfortable at all. But the 4 year old wanted DQ inside so we stayed. The food was nothing to write home about. I get the burger bunless and it is put in a nice container which is great for low carbing. The boys fries were cold and pretty stale. It's fast food - so its always hit or miss with quality IMO.Kid-friendliness: Its great that each kids meal come with a frozen treat coupon on the bag!

I would like to debunk all of the negative reviews by saying, hubby and I are stupid picky eaters and we found this location a delight! Super clean, welcoming vibes, respectful and smiling staff. The food was as expected at a DQ. Good fast food. Blizzard not solid but whatev, it’s winter. Going back soon!

The manager just sat there talking why 2 employees tried to take drive thru and dining room orders, make the blizzards, and cook. They did great though and the food was food.

Just ordered a strawberry chocolate blizzard. 1 or 2 strawberries and no chocolate. It's not even busy and you can't make a good blizzard. Don't you know DQ is famous for their blizzards. Disappointed.

It's Dairy Queen, which means typical fast food, but they're becoming rare it seems. This one had all the offerings and laid back style I remember.

As always the food was excellent, always hot and fresh and made to order. The service was great, it really always is at that location. It was a nice clean atmosphere and well kept up. I will say the drink station could have used a little attention but the restaurant was very clean and

The drive thru is under construction so you need to go inside. Inside is bright and clean. Blizzards where excellent and made well.

How this place continues to stay open is a treatment that the health dept is a waste of government tax money. This place is pretty nasty from behind the counter to the entire lobby. Sad to say cause I live in the area and not much else to go to. Plus the food was overcooked. And yet another fast food that has no supervisor or at least a grown up in charge

The worst DQ in the planet!!!! I caution every anybody who orders a peanut buster parfait. Do you understand the parfait will only vanilla ice cream with maybe a little bit of hot fudge and peanuts in the bottom of the cup. If you Google peanut buster parfait and compare to the peanut buster parfait at this place will see a complete difference. They purposely and deliberately and intentionally give you only 98% vanilla ice cream, and the rest of fudge and peanuts

I have only visited this location in Pilot Point twice but both times were swift, pleasant, and overall good experiences. The staff is friendly, courteous, and service is timely. I recommend visiting! The blizzards are yummy!!!! ?

I ordered the six piece steak finger basket. The gravy looked to be at least two weeks old!!! I asked for fresh gravy. They said they were making it now...like they knew better than to give anyone that disgusting gravy. Half of the steak fingers were so over cooked I could barley chew them and the others were cooked dry. Very disappointed for what we spent for lunch.

First of all it was really hot there. The thermostat said 87 degrees. Definitely issues with the A/c System. Even though it's 105 outside, not many other business A/C systems have this sort of issue. The building looked older than the hills so that makes sense. The facility definitely needs some serious renovations. It was somewhat clean in there, but could have used some deep cleaning once in a while. I would hate to see what the kitchen and food storage area look like. The staff spent their free time on their phones it seemed like. They were nice enough, but not motivated at all. This is a reflection of the sub-par management and facility standards.Got a couple dipped cones and had to eat them super fast because it was so hot.I'd avoid unless you are gonna try the drive thru.
