I was owed a free pizza so I ordered delivery and my total was $9.02 so the store has a $15 minimum delivery order but they charge a $6.99 delivery fee so the way I see it I don’t care if I order $5.00 worth of food with their delivery fee I shouldn’t have to order $15.00 worth of food , this is ridiculous and sounds like a rip off to me, Dominoes you have really dropped the ball and any other business that works like this.

Screw your online agents talking about $1 prepaid fee to PAY IN PERSON after confirming an order already managed by the AI on call.
I literally am so angry I just had to find out the delivery kid was sitting at the Domino's with my order I guess just hanging out instead of bringing me my pizza! Pilot points service is absolute trash I'm having to meet my delivery driver why did I even order delivery? Kealen was the worst delivery driver I will be contacting that manager

I've placed dozens of orders from the Pilot Point Domino's. We've had 10, 8, 6 pizza orders, as well 2-4. They all have been fast and correct. The 10 pizza order surprised me in they provided all kinds of stuff like plates and sauces. Super cool !! Keep it up guys...
