My husband and I had a wonderful Friday night here just having some drinks and chips. The drinks are always delicious and strong, but tonight the star of the show is our server Diana. She had such a sweet spirit and was so attentive, she treated us like family. All of Ernesto‘s staff is awesome and we love coming here on a night out for a couple drinks, but Diana really it special tonight. We will be back and making this a more regular spot in the future.
Fantastic food and service. The salsa picante is awesome. The white and green sauces for the enchiladas taste as they should. The chips are light and crispy. The strips of meat for the tacos al carbon were tender and full of flavor. Oh the margaritas are made right. Place is on point, Pilot point.
I had lunch here today. It was not crowded, but still slow. I ordered a plate with 2 cheese enchiladas and a taco. My taco was good, but the enchiladas were terrible. They were old and mushy, and looked like they wrapped them with an extra tortilla to keep them from totally falling apart. No melted cheese inside, and too much tortilla. How do you mess up a simple cheese enchilada?
