I went with my daughter and her best friend, they were so excited to get their food. When we went though the drive through and it took about 20 minutes just for some chicken nuggets. The workers kept taking breaks while the line was about as long as 10 school buses. When we finally got our food one box of chicken nuggets had 9 instead of 10. The fries were soggy. Never coming again. Disappointed and hungry

They should remove the white-haired manager they have at night, please, she says that she speaks English and she doesn't understand anything, she grabs the orders badly for being on her phone on a call, it's not the first time she attends me, I've already come on both sides and she always leaves me waiting for more than 40 minutes, they should put people who if they are interested in working, I think no one would like to wait more than 40 minutes for a meal, this always keeps happening, I'm going to have to communicate with the corporation, they shouldn't put people who don't speak English to take orders, please

I have already gone to eat several times this month of August and they say that they close at 10 and I go at 9 and it is closed they should change the schedule on the page because they make us drive and it is not open

I have to wait every single time 15-20 minutes no matter what I order. Last time I ordered and kids meal and had to pull into parking spot one. This place isn’t even busy and yet has the worst wait times known to man kind. Sadly is the closest McDonald’s for a few miles or else I’d go elsewhere. Got here at 6:15 and it’s currently 6:35 and still waiting…..

Ordered mcdonald with everything they only gave me it with meat and cheese. Had to go back twice, just forget it I'm so angry, like I have the gas to keep going back, when they can't get my order correct.

Overall it was a good experience! The kind older gentleman helping 2 ladies who wanted to badmouth him after getting what they wanted bc “he didn’t give them exactly what they wanted” when he most definitely did. They obviously didn’t listen to him when he said the two pictures they looked at are different deals. Thank you Sir for continuing to explain and working so so hard and quickly getting orders out and always having a smile on your face!
They got my order all wrong I asked for no ketchup and add pickles and mustard with light onions they put one squirt of mustard and a gallon of ketchup my fries were burnt chicken nuggets were awful and she didn’t even give me my condiments 3 stars do better

Take a while to get your food. Walk up for the mobile order. Screen says it's ready, but it's not. Finishing the order before it's ready. Padding those stats. Leaving straws out of bags and forgetting items. Otherwise the food is good and well prepared.

I get off work usually pretty late. The McDonald’s app claims this location closes at 11pm and their front door claims 10pm. The first time I went I was told to come earlier that they were closed, server brought us our food and promptly left the store afterwards. The second time just tonight I went there at 9:30pm and they had already closed the store, and locked the doors. After telling him his own door says 10pm he opened the door saying “oh, you hear picking up an order.” Seems they can just leave when they want.
