Ordered 2 meatball subs.Noticed the meatballs are smaller...They smother it with sauce and when they asked what cheese I preferred I said mozzarella sprinkle ( shredded)He said we don't have that only fresh, I said ok, he responded that it will be extra!! I said no...The sun comes with cheese!!He responded and said you could have cheddar or pepper jack but if you want the fresh mozzarella it'll cost you. I was about to get upset. He said only other cheese is provolone,I said ok I'll take thatWhen did this change?Then I asked for a few things to go on one of the sandwiches and he got upset ... One I just got plain since I couldn't get the cheese I wanted.The second one I peppechinies, onion, cucumber... On a 12 inch got 4 cucumber slicesIt was $22.Well no more subway.Barely want to give toppings.And act like you bother them when you order.

It is very delicious food in the subway in pilot point and the flavour I sad to add in sandwich they prepared was perfect from end to end.
I eat here once a week, not only because pilot point doesn’t have a ton of options but because this Subway location is so clean and the staff so friendly. From my experience at various locations, I know Subway can be hit or miss depending on the staff and quality. I’ve been eating here for over a decade now and it’s never disappointed me. It’s ironic that the subway in a small gas station convenience store is cleaner than most I’ve been to, but I’m very happy it is! Also, they do a good job at baking the cookies just right!

I go to this special place many times as I like the ambiance that is unique to this restaurant. The team is highly loyal and well trained. The service is awfully efficient. Not to mention, the food you eat is highly distinguished. I ate there often and I was always pleased. The rate is fair. I recommend this restaurant to to everybody.
