Casual place with excellent food! Every bite was delicious, from the margarita, to the salsas, to the entrees and accompaniments. Carne asada was fork tender. Guisa de rez was full of flavor. Server was pleasant and attentive without hovering.

There are not a ton of options for dinner and drinks in Pilot Point. So this is one of your few options. Prices seem 15% higher than I would expect for Pilot Point, but pretty good food and drinks. Service has always been good on every visit.

This was recommended to me as a great place to get authentic Mexican cuisine. Perhaps this is why I was so disappointed. I tried 2 types of beef taco and the chicken tostada. The chicken was literally just boiled, pulled chicken - no seasoning. Served with iceberg lettuce and some cheese. Bland, Old El Paso-style salsa, and queso that I swear is just cheese whiz. It felt like a meal for a picky 4-year-old.The ground beef was not much better - bland, and with a flavour that reminded me of the way some dog food smells. Probably the most disappointing taco meat I've ever had. Plain beef would have been an improvement.Overall, not enjoyable at all, and it seemed like food prepared for someone who is allergic to everything.They have a pretty large menu - maybe I just chose poorly. But what I had had all the flavour of a community kitchen cook out.

My first time here. It was very good. We had combo fajita nachos. And frozen margaritas.The only thing that I was indifferent about was the slight aftertaste with margaritas. Not sure what it was ...bad ice or mix. Just a bit off.Other than that is was very good food.

We ate here for lunch today; and I can say this; we won’t be back. The food was so bland; the green sauce they serve with the chips is the best thing I ate there. The salsa is bland and a little on the sweet side, just not a fan.
Our employer always buys a big lunch for the staff for the Christmas. We have our choice for that menu. We chose Uncle Beto's this year! We were NOT disappointed. The order process was easy. We called and the took the order for the number of people. We called about 1 days in advance. We called again the day before to confirm. We were told that it was on the calendar. They called at our chosen time to let us know it was ready. The whole process was easy and simple. The service was excellent. The loaded us up with all the fixin's. The food was plentiful and delicious. usually we have to order extra just to cover the whole staff. This time we ordered a bit extra and we had enough for leftovers for everyone the next day. I have eaten here with family and friends but I have never ordered for a large group. They truly knocked it out of the park for us. I would highly recommend Uncle Beto's in Pilot Point for any meal.
