Our waitress was happy and very attentive! Everyone there were very friendly and the food was great. The flour tortillas were freshly made and corn tortillas were delicious. The guacamole was perfect and salsa went great with it. I got the chile verde and my husband got the burrito w/beans and Chile verde w/queso on top. Just the right amount of queso on top so It wasn’t soggy. It was perfect too. I tasted it while he wasn’t looking. Hehe
We love this place! Several times a year, we drive the 40+ miles from Lubbock for the Carlito's experience. Jessica is an excellent waitress, very friendly and professional. The food is really spectacular....some of the best anywhere. We particularly recommend the enchiladas, chili rellenos and the all-you-can-eat tacos. The atmosphere is unique, kind of Caribbean. Come and enjoy!
Food is usually on point sometimes a lil bland but great with a lil added season salt also usually comes out hot and pretty quickly! Carlitos has been a pretty good staple for many years in Plainview; it's been a favorite place of mine since I was a kid.
