The manager I assume is very rude the food was ok but the chicken was pinkish but clean establishment besides how the manager spoke to me and he was very rude to his staff.

I've always loved eating from here...however if yall are going to charge for a tiny cup of sauce maybe make sure your putting it in the freaking box. Every time, they always forget the Jalapeños ranch or they give me regular ranch 😒 if your employees can't remember to throw in the sauce that's listed on the screen above their heads then stop charging for sauce! I used to work here it's not that hard bro.

It's weird how their chicken is really white. Even the fried chicken, but I've gotten over it. It tastes really good, and I always come back. They have lots of different things, including catfish and Hush Puppies, which is awesome, corn nuggets, is a big plus 2

The staff is fairly friendly and I've never been in the store so I don't know if it's clean or the bathroom is clean.

They always seem to give you an extra chicken strip or two. Which no complaints...costs should be for 5 to 6 strips.
They were friendly and fast on service. Food was hot and good.

I had placed an online order and was unaware I had to go inside to pick it up so when we went through the drive-through and told them we had an online order, they let us go all the way up to the window, which took about 15 minutes and then finally told us we had to go park and go inside to get the food. No big deal we went inside and got it took it back out to the car and started eating and our sides were fine but we started tearing into our Chicken and all of it was PINK!! GROSS!!! Would have gone back inside, but the people we talked to to get our food were extremely rude, so I didn’t want to go inside and bother them more about the food. I’m sure they would’ve made up for it. I just wasn’t interested in getting new cooked chicken with already having raw chicken.

Pulled up at 4:55 p.m. was greeted nicely and was asked for my order and while I was ordering I heard a worker say that they were closed, so I said "ok thank you." Looked at my phone and it had just turned to 4:56. I understand it's Christmas Eve and we all want to go home but I wasn't asking for food just a drink.

Ate lunch here today. Don't know what I was thinking. We quit coming here last year because the food got so bad. Well nothing has changed. Spent 24 dollars. Wish I had stayed home and ate peanut butter. Chicken was cold and tough .what has happened to your business.

The food is great, but the girls didn’t know what they were doing, I could hear them talking and laughing instead of taking my order. The manager came to the window and was beyond rude. I asked when the GM would be there and said we don’t have one so I can get your information and send to the owners. I asked for the corporate number and he said I can’t give you that. Food is great but customer service has to be the worst in Plainview!

Food is great as usual but the customer service in the afternoon was not the best. I understand if they were training but no responses or anything about my order being completed. The trainer then opened the window and rudely told me to have a nice day when I was unaware I had everything I ordered.
