We tried to dine in because the hours says they're open until 10. They're not. The drive through is but apparently they close the dine in. Just took our business somewhere else. They should at least post on their doors or somewhere that they're not open inside.

Don't recommend this place even on a slow hour before 5 o'clock. Went there 4:15 to place my order slow before 5 o'clock. The manager in charge took my order I asked him if he had any catfish he walk over and said yes. As a manager myself understand about not wasting food want fresh food for the customers to bring back customers. But if you're a manager and look at your quality of the food that you're serving and know that it's old and been under the heat for more than 15-20 minutes common sense let you're customers know that the food that they're wanting is old but will get fresh one going. Customers don't wanna go home and see old quality they want freshness especially they spent $20 or more. I called the place and asked for the manager he said speaking told him about my situation and he said just bring the food back and we'll make right. That's not the point you as a manager should know better on what the food look like. Whatever happened to common sense these days? Satisfy your customers and bring them back because they're bringing the business and paying your bills without them there wouldn't anymore busines. Take care of the customers and serve fresh food if you serve fresh food the customers will come back. If there's rudeness employees and management and business serves nothing but old quality. Best believe that the customers won't come back and they will write bad reviews about the business

The experience was awful because I ask for fries with no salt he told me he couldn’t do that because they are not McDonald so I ask him what do McDonald have to do with this he said at this location and all our other locations we don’t do that and he was the manager poor customer service skills and showed his team that this how you treat customers who pays his salary I was very disappointed at this location and left there and went to another location off of 84 and they gave me what I ask for they didn’t act like customers don’t matter I go pass this chicken express every day and I will not advise no one to go there poor service and the management should be ashamed thanks and it happened last Thursday and he said the general manager name is Polo I will try to get by there to talk to him

The manager I assume is very rude the food was ok but the chicken was pinkish but clean establishment besides how the manager spoke to me and he was very rude to his staff.

I've always loved eating from here...however if yall are going to charge for a tiny cup of sauce maybe make sure your putting it in the freaking box. Every time, they always forget the Jalapeños ranch or they give me regular ranch 😒 if your employees can't remember to throw in the sauce that's listed on the screen above their heads then stop charging for sauce! I used to work here it's not that hard bro.
Me and husband both had flies coming out of the box. Want be back.

It's weird how their chicken is really white. Even the fried chicken, but I've gotten over it. It tastes really good, and I always come back. They have lots of different things, including catfish and Hush Puppies, which is awesome, corn nuggets, is a big plus 2
The staff is fairly friendly and I've never been in the store so I don't know if it's clean or the bathroom is clean.

They always seem to give you an extra chicken strip or two. Which no complaints...costs should be for 5 to 6 strips.

Eat there yesterday with my boss and let me tell u I will never be back again. next morning I got food poisoning.
I had placed an online order and was unaware I had to go inside to pick it up so when we went through the drive-through and told them we had an online order, they let us go all the way up to the window, which took about 15 minutes and then finally told us we had to go park and go inside to get the food. No big deal we went inside and got it took it back out to the car and started eating and our sides were fine but we started tearing into our Chicken and all of it was PINK!! GROSS!!! Would have gone back inside, but the people we talked to to get our food were extremely rude, so I didn’t want to go inside and bother them more about the food. I’m sure they would’ve made up for it. I just wasn’t interested in getting new cooked chicken with already having raw chicken.
