Food is great as usual but the customer service in the afternoon was not the best. I understand if they were training but no responses or anything about my order being completed. The trainer then opened the window and rudely told me to have a nice day when I was unaware I had everything I ordered.

Chicken express is normally pretty good. We went by for a snack (family corn nuggets) and it was a disaster for some reason. The people in front of us pulled up and took a bag of food inside. I am waiting at the window and see 2 or 3 employees opening multiple bags of food and sorting boxes out. My box was handed to us after the bags were all figured out so we waited 15 minutes for a "quick snack". Then they gave it to us without a bag or anything so the oil on the box...

Employees are always friendly and helpful, either thru the drive thru or inside for ordering.

Parking: Limited parking near building, space for larger vehicles at the rear of rear of parking lot or over in the area of the old Walmart parking lot on the other side if street.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very limited parking across entry into building with an access ramp to doorway
