Went inside to order four steak fingers and they charge me the same price as a steak finger basket. So they’re basically ripping you off stealing. I guess I was talking to a manager and she said that’s just the way the prices are set and I told her that wasn’t right because you’re basically ripping people off. She said she would check into it. I’ve voted for steak fingers from other Dairy Queen and they did not charge me a crazy price like this place. I’ll never come back here!

I ordered tacos and it was very greasy on the bottom of my tray. Enough grease to make my tacos soggy. We didn't get napkins and we ordered a Coke and Dr. Pepper then had to guess which one was which. We weren't impressed. I know they can do better because I have seen it.

I ordered food for my business, sent my daughter to pick it up. NOTHING WAS RIGHT! They even made her pull up and they took it out to her and IT WAS ALL WRONG!! SO FRUSTRATING! THEY WERE TOO BUSY TALKING ABOUT THEIR LIVES TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER!!

Worst service ever. I know the name of the girl who took my order in drive through, but I’ll leave it anonymous. Also my drinks were made wrong as they forgot the whipped cream AND syrup on top of my moolattes, yet gave us dome lids. Makes zero sense. And I never got straws. Like they expected me to drink my LATTE with a straw. They lack common sense and customer service skills.
