Food is still great but service was more of "man I don't want to be here" type of feeling. Also I yexas sized my combo but just received regular fries.

Let me start by saying she lied to make a sale. I started by asking if they had chocolate ice cream. She said yes. I tasted it and it was vanilla. I wanted a blizzard with only chocolate ice cream with only 2 scoops of brownies. I got vanilla ice cream with chocolate put in and brownies topped with chocolate chunks. She lied about what she even served then refused me a manager. I haven't checked the burgers yet because I haven't made it home and there was a line behind me so I didn't have time to check. There better be bo ketchup because that will kill my husband and should be an easy request but since they can't be honest about what they sell might not be so honest. Just be honest when someone asks if you have chocolate ice cream say no and I will spend my $25.62 somewhere else. I won't be back they can't be honest I could have eaten somewhere else.

Lobby closes before 9 pm. I live within walking distance but was unable to even order because the lobby was closed. The drive thru was very busy.
Site says closes at 10 but lobby closed at 8:25 when we came by? Don't understand why so early

Got a large blizzard. The two ladies working the drive-thru was very cheerful. The peanut butter blizzard was good and wasn't made too early where it would have been soft and melted.

People that work here are rude!! Never smiled. It was closing time and they locked the doors we had to wait for someone to let us out, the girl that opened the door acted as if she was bothered. We said thank you and she couldn't even respond.
