Jasmine seated us quickly and got our order correct. She took care of us at the right time and the food was great! Jasmine kept her professional cool even when a cranky lady was making a scene. She's a great asset to the Plainview store!

Honestly, My Family and I love coming to having breakfast here but This Morning Our Visit Was The Opposite We Are Very Surprised at 8am our waitress named Zach tended us as if he didn’t want to be there working, gave us our order very sluggish and was very rude he didn’t ask us for anything we may have needed once our order was given to us . We were given coffee that tasted very watered down not fresh at all our water cups were stained as if they aren’t washed properly. Once we brought it to his attention he acted disturbed and simply switched out the same water to a plastic cup.We never thought we’d get treated this way since it’s usually always great Custumer service with other workers not sure why people behave this way hopefully this gets corrected
The food was decent, nothing special but was hot and filling. My only complaint was only that with it not being busy it took about an hour to get two omelette orders.
Worst service in any restaurant I've ever been. Walked out cause we could not get service.

Honestly, I have used to be so amazing when it first opened they forgot my pancakes. The first time so they gave me a free meal. When I got my free meal. It was the worst free meal I ever had. They gave me the wrong pancakes, and the steak was not seasoned at all and rubbery.

Went here with a big party before about 14-16 people. Server was super rude and just all around bad service. Tonight the service was nice but I went by myself thinking it would be better. But nope not at all it took 3 try’s to get my order right and I sat there waiting the whole time. Not only did I tip good but nothing was done to make me feel a happy customer. Place is not worth anything in my eyes but that’s first hand experience. Try it yourself if you want but I’m done.

So I hadn't been here in quite some time just because the service here usually isn't that great. I guess it's a hit and miss because while I was here another person walked out because they had been sitting there for quite a while and nobody helped them.Anyhow I am changing my initial review to a 1 star and here's the reason why. It started off fine. I was seated and order placed in no time. I got a sweet tea to drink and when I was done as I hadn't been paying attention while I was drinking I noticed that the glass I was given looked... Well... See for yourself.This is absolutely unacceptable! There is NO REASON ANYONE should ever have to drink from such a disgusting glass. Which made me not want to eat anymore as it made me wonder if the glasses look like this what else does the rest of the place look like??? The worst part about it is that the ring of whatever was sitting in this glass long enough to make that ring was able to be wiped off with my thumb after a bit of scrubbing.I will NEVER recommend anyone eat here and I definitely will not be coming back, period!
