Haven’t eat at KFC in years. Used to like it. Although food at this location was not awful, it wasn’t exactly great either. Poor choice in chickens and I LOVED the crispy in the past, this was barely edible. I won’t be back. ?

Once again ordered online, had to pull over and wait additional 10 minutes past pick up time. They left 2 items out of order and were rude when I called about it. Still had to wait again while they made the tenders. Brownies were cold, they were the other item left out.I love the food, but I wish they would get the order right . They were given the print out 9f the online order, still didn't get it right.

The customer service was horrible! It took them forever to get us our food, and then when they did get us our food, they left some of our order out. I walked back up to the counter to get my order and had to stand there 10 minutes to get somebody to wait on me. The food tasted good, but I would not recommend Road eating there if you want good customer service.

Terrible service! rude manager and employees. They were not helpful in ordering. When I didì order, they gave us some watered down. Pepsi, I asked for a dr pepper, and we didn't get a biscuit or sides, but , I paid it all..verrry expensive9
