No stars but had to give one to post went to McDonald’s on I-27 Plainview Tx on 9/19/23 my niece loves the happy meal here but anyway ask for a 4 pc nugget meal and I know they are kids meals but the fries she got were 7 fries that’s ridiculous always something wrong with your order never get what you paid for or your order is wrong

Did a mobile order, and when I bit into my burger it was undercooked (raw). I took it back into the McDonalds and they replaced the burger, but offered nothing for the inconvenience, and acted like me coming back for replacement was inconveniencing them! Be careful when eating here, and make sure your meat is fully cooked. I’m disgusted and disappointed!!!

I love McDonald's but my last experience was horribleWe asked for no pickles and onions..they put both then I asked when sent back easy on sauce mustard.They did not remake our burgers they simply just scrapped them off.Didn't notice till I got home I live like 45 minutes away.This is Plainview Texas.So simply paid for food just to throw away.?

our experience was horrible!!!!! well first off we saw a billboard saying mcdonalds has a crispy chicken sandwich for a $1.49 or so when we went to the mcdonalds in wal-mart in plainview we ordered 3 original crispy sandwiches and 1 spicy. with a lg. cup ended U2 p being 20.30. when i asked of they werent honoring there billboard sign the cashier burped and laughed.so i looked at jer and saod excuse you she continued to laugh then tje shift lead said that they are privately owned. service was poor. burger was not good at all don't want to waste no more money there. need to hire a better staff and have better management. quality of food was upsetting for the price... also when i was going to do a survey there receipt was unreadable couldn't read the survey code nor find the store number. i give yalls store a 1 not good customer service as well as poor food and if ot was privately owned it needs to be placed on the billboard. False advertising.. should say only at certain location.

Senior coffees are still just 50¢!! Every time my aunts and grandma are in town I'm able to delight them all with those delicious 50¢ coffees made exactly to their individual liking and not one time has any McDonald employee ever frowned or even questioned me about ordering 4 senior coffees. (I'm 47 years old and like to think I don't pass for a senior just yet.) Thanks Plainview McDonalds employees for giving me the benefit of any doubt!

Every time my aunts and grandma are in town I'm able to delight them all with those delicious 50¢ coffees made exactly to their individual liking and not one time has any McDonald employee ever frowned or even questioned me about ordering 4 senior coffees.
