Mitch's Texas Style BBQ

Disappointed that you seem to be leaning more towards chicken than bbq. I stopped in here a while back and ordered the 3 meat plate one of the items being pulled pork. I stopped back through a week later and I order the same thing only to be told that you didn’t have pulled pork anymore and that you never had a 3 meat plate. When I know you did not the week before. I have several truck driver friends that stop at the Amarillo location inside the Toot n Totum at exit 75 and they all said the same thing well they had it last week. And this evening 8-8-25 I stop in here and order the stockpile by your menu it says it’s supposed to come with a drink and a side. Which is apparently a lie cause when I asked if it came with a drink and a side the girl said no. It’s getting to the point where I’m going to quit eating here if something doesn’t change. Hire people that know what the menu says or change the menu to show that you don’t get a side and a drink. I mean are you trying to go out of business? Because if you keep it up you’re going a great job.

Been eating @ the Georgia St location every Sunday. Met friends, taken food to my employees. And $1.50 beer😃! Manager Chelsea is a rock star! Her guest service goes above & beyond!

Absolutely terrible was basically served undercooked ribs worse bbq I ever had. My family had a bbq restaurant here in texas over 30 years stop giving texas bbq a bad name plus food safety serving undercooked pork

Not a restaurant. Fast food in truck stop

Bought the 2 meat combo. Can with 1 slice of brisket and 2 ribs. Service was horrible. Brisket and ribs weren’t that good. Sides were ok

Adult prices for toddler portions. Very dry and underwhelming. They show drop the "Texas style" from the description because Texas has good BBQ, this place doesn't come near. Super polite folks though.

Food was below average and very small portions for the cost. Over 30 Dollars for 2. Much better options on the go in Plainview.

Plainview location had great sliders, banana pudding was good, love the Tx chips and the staff was very polite and helpful.

I remember getting this when it barely opened. It was disappointing because the portion was small. It was dry, and it lacked flavor.
I'd rather just get the pizza or burrito the gas station serves.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! They were out of several things. Service was awful. They had weird rules: in the two-meat tray, if you got the sausage, you couldn't get sliced brisket; it had to be chopped. The plate came with chips that were so stale they bent.

Rating a 1 because watch what you buy. They over charge you. $7 for a scoop of Mac n cheese whenever you upgrade from small to medium. Small comes with the meal. I refused the medium at checkout so they took it out of my bag and off the bill but I never got my drink or side. Said it didn't come with it when it clearly stated that it does. I've came here numerous times and always has younger kids working that are great. Today was an older man.

Worst brisket I have ever had in my life. 100% hands down the Worst. Ice cold. And dry as the Sahara. Almost choked me out. And if you want anything from the convenience store you have to stand in 2 lines. Horrible food don't bother
