No drive through, order was wrong, with drink sizes. Other locations have been good. Burger had no seasoning, fries stuck together, too crispy and overcooked.

We ordered on the app we pulled up to the app order only lane punched in our number and proceeded to wait 10 minutes for two shakes, a fruit punch, a footlong hot dog and some crazy fries. I ended up calling the phone number and asking them if there was a problem. I asked if I was at the right Sonic and I was told I wouldn't tell you if the address if I knew it. I mean come on I just wanted to know if there was more than one Sonic in the town, maybe I had ordered from the wrong location. The CarHop finally came out and looked at my receipt and said oh yeah I remember making those drinks for sure. The car hop proceeded to go back into the store and brought us out a shake that was so melted I had no difficulty drinking it through a straw. I was told that our order was given to the wrong car and that they were going to make our order fresh so that it was nice and hot and fresh of course. What I got was fries that were old and appeared to be heated up in a microwave. The hot dog the bun was damp indicating it too was heated up in a microwave the hot dog was almost dried out completely. The CarHop that brought my order out was very sweet and apologetic and for this reason I gave three stars for service this young lady was the only reason this Sonic got three stars for anything. While I was in the parking lot waiting for my order there was a lot of commotion to the back of the parking lot it sounded as if there was a group of people beginning to fight. I turned and looked and it was three Sonic employees or at least they were wearing Sonic clothing. Unless things change drastically I think I would rather go hungry than to ever go to this Sonic location again

Their drinks are so expensive 2.78 for a large but if you add anything extra ..like flavors it's 30 extra plus real Cherries are 50 each ..BUT THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THEM AND DON'T GIVE YOU ANY AT ALL! THEY MAKE YOUR DRINK WRONG ..this is not the first time but the last time I get screwed.... Sonic is a huge company that gets their products cheaper then just mom and pop stores but charge an arm and a leg .. DO BETTER SONIC!!

This was a quick stop for a unexpected road trip. But l wanted a smasher burger & onion rings. The service was good. Store looked clean. The food was correct as ordered but they over fried the onion rings.but would recommend.

My carhop was absolutely rude. Not only did they bring out the wrong order once, but twice. And when I tried to correct her the second time she was trying to charge me extra. Will definitely not be going to uptown sonic anymore. This has happened way to many times.
Our burgers were cold when we got them not just the meat bun was cold and the cheese was cold like it had just been taken out of a fridge.

Sonic drinks are always good but this locations drinks are always the best when compared to other Sonic locations. I appreciate that they never skimp me on the strawberries. It's common for other locations I visit to just put some of the syrup and seeds in the drink and no strawberry chunks. I always get chunks of strawberry here and that makes me happy after 11 hours working in the sun.

Two hamburgers one was not what we ordered bun was cold meat was horrible food was just terrible paid 22 plus and only ate half the food it was that bad no manager came out to say anything to us they kept our receipt so couldn't give exact name of any manager it was July 3 6:45 or so not happy at will cause be to think twice about going here again...
