The baristas and shifts were great! Amazing attitude and great work ethic! The only problem was the store manager. She is rude to customers and to the baristas and shifts. Many of my friends and family go here and see her bad energy towards them also and have even complained about her and nothing has happened.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable on drinks and options of preparing them. Food is good and portions are nice size for quick meal, snack or treat. Pleasant atmosphere for conversation or even a quite place to enjoy time to relax and recharge for the next round of activities.Dietary restrictions: Sugar and salt restricted, and food is available that meets that requirement. Has great taste, flavor and nice texture while being filling and satisfying.Kid-friendliness: Has smaller portion options of food choices and kid friendly drinks of the menu items.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking is to the side of the entrance with a ramp postioned between spaces and easy access to the door.

We have two starbucks one is located in United supermarket. The other is this one. The one in United does not do the points. So I decided to come to this starbucks. Today is double points so of course I expected them to be busy. I waited over an hour for 3 dragon fruit Refresher's, 1 coffee, and two breakfast croissants. When I finally got my order my refreshers were not the right size first off. And they were clear I told the lady they were supposed to be venti's and dragon fruit. She was extremely rude and said oh well we ran out of the stuff to make the dragon fruit refresher's. I was like ok she said it will taste the same just not the color. I asked if my coffee was ready she said probably not. I was in a hurry and had already waited 45min by that time. Got the wrong size of drinks and they didn't have the right stuff to make them. So I asked if I could please just cancel my coffee cause I was in a hurry. The lady then said well we are very busy with online orders, and drive through. It's double points today so there is a wait. I just told her nicely to cancel my coffee. I have never been treated so poorly. They had 6 workers and they were so unorganized and rude who treats their customers that way. The starbucks at united sometimes only has one worker at times and they are fast, friendly, and I never have any issues. Other than they don't do the points. I don't care about the points any more. To be treated so poorly its not worth it. But the staff at the starbucks on olton rd they definitely need to be restrained. I would never make a customer feel like that. Will never go to that starbucks again!!!!!!

The manager is so sweet and very educated about coffee &has a great personality friendly smile love when I'm blessed with her customer service ❤️! As for the other employees they definitely need a customer service management class, They don't greet u with a smile or even say hello most of the time, also the favorite phrase is "I don't know ? Tragic...hopefully it gets better

I am a Starbucks addict. I am at every Starbucks possible. This location in Plainview is the WORST location I have ever been too. I waiting 25 minutes in the drive thru along with other cars and the line didn't move an inch. There was 2 other cars in the parking lot but other than that the location was empty. I called from the drive through to kindly ask if they saw us, because sometimes you get busy and don't realize there is people in the drive thru, (been there done that) and the women who answered hung up on me twice as I was speaking to her. I did not yell. I was not rude. I just kindly asked if they could see there was a line. After being hung up on twice I decided I would not be getting a drink here and drove across the street to the United Starbucks where I was greeted by amazing smiling faces who were happy to help me with my coffee.

Everytime I go to this Starbucks they suck!!!! They always have new workers there. I try to get different drinks that I love and usually get from Starbucks and they always screw it up! If you want to go to Starbucks, go to the one at united grocery store. There Starbucks are the best.

Cashier was extremely rude!!!!! Didn't know we had to stop at the speaker to tell them we had an order online, she said next time you need to stop and let us know so we can prepare your order before just driving up to our window. We'll the app told us that our order was ready!! We then had to wait and when it was handed to us you could tell it had been made for a little bit
