Me my wife and son went in to get a sandwich today and the guy started off koo bt then he started getting rude at the end he didn't toast our sandwich all the way and he was being rude js because other ppl were walking in my wife asked if he can trade the cookies out and he gave her a whole attitude and was very unprofessional about everything......

I ordered through the app, which means I was not standing there watching them make my sandwich. I ordered bacon, tomato, American cheese, onion, and pickles. There was no tomato or cheese on my sandwich. I then tried to take then survey, but it wouldn’t let me. I’m thinking I should take my business elsewhere!

The food was amazing as always, and I would of scored them higher if they didn't leave a knife in my food. Please be careful out there since their won't be razer blades in the candies but rather knives in the subs, and happy Holoween everybody!

There is this one dude that works every time I go and he always has attitude or just seems like he does not want to do his Job. As someone who works in food industry that’s inappropriate behavior. And the manager is just as bad. Subway needs to hire new people and get new managers. Because it makes me not even want to eat there and I love subway.

Don’t eat here!!

Went in last night at 10:10 and the store sign was on. Sign on the door also said they closed at 11. The manager (rude short guy) said he was closing at 10:30 because he was the only worker. He took literally 2 minutes to make 1 sandwich. 10:13 we sat down really quick to eat our sandwich and he kicked us out as soon as we sat down. Meanwhile, he was making another order for door dash and he also accepted another customer in. He was BEYOND rude! They really need to get someone who knows how to treat and talk to customers better! And who ever made him manager needs to reevaluate.

I would NOT recommend spending money here.

a joke. thats what this is. assistant manager and general both dont have proper training, dont even know what theyre doing. owners and management cant keep track of what they say, mess around and get fired for doing something your told to do or get fired for something someone else is always doing but gets away with it. foods gone trash without proper management. bunch of think they know it alls. dont ever work or even eat here at this point. cant trust food from a bunch of untrained management. do better, thats why you cant even average a 3 star review on yelp. they get rid of all the good employees and expect things to get better. embarrassing to see everything go down behind the scenes. nasty. awful. overall a 0 if it was possible in all aspects, employee and customer. say your goodbyes to subway because this place is going downhill and fast.

Plainview’s Subway is unsanitary on many levels. Dishes aren’t washed properly, food isn’t always stored at the appropriate temperature, and there are constant cases of cross-contamination within the meats.
Subway has also authorized room-temperature steak to be put back in the fridge and sold to customers, a huge food borne illness hazard.
There’s much more that could also be said on the treatment of their employees and how their employees treat customers.
I would NOT recommend spending money here.

One of the employees sat on his phone while we waited an eternity for the other employee to finish making the sandwich for the customer in front of us. Waited around 15-20 minutes with only one other customer.

SO RUDE i was just there and the worker was so annoyed to simply put guacamole on my sandwich when i asked nicely, she simply did not want to work, barely put any mayo, didn’t even ask if i wanted mayo, she put half servings on my sandwich out of tantrum! i would definitely reconsider going to this subway if you want a genuinely good sandwich, they lost many good customers today!
