I used the drive thru,The inside was closed due to short staffing, I believe. But the young lady who took my order was very patient and kind as it was a large order. The young man at the window, however, was not so kind. He shoved the drinks in my window. I almost spilled them all over the place and the bag of food he tossed in my window instead of handing it to me. But as I know this store, normally there awesome and super kind.Vegetarian options: I'm sure they could make a veggie burritoKid-friendliness: No kid menu but when I asked for a cheese and chicken quesadilla with no sauce on it. It's one of my favorites for fast food tex-mex. Would give 5 stars on food, but like half the time, they're shiesty on the filling. Other than that, they're usually pretty friendly, and it's a decent place to dine in.

Service is usually pretty slow during high traffic times. Food is usually great and minimal errors on my orders. Biggest complaint is usually just the attitude of workers.
We went through the drive thru and the two vehicles ahead of us left. That confused the cashier. It took 25 minutes to clear up. Was refunded our money and then recharged. Which I thought they should have just given it to us since it was cold. No more Taco Bell for me.Dietary restrictions: Lactose

I don’t appreciate my chips to be thrown in the bag at the bottom of the bag, the quesadillas just thrown and torn in the bag, and my tacos to be broken. Ridiculous.
I was there in Plainview in 2018 on a business trip. I ate lunch a couple of times at this Taco Bell and I have never had better at any other location. Their tacos are actually filled all the way. The Chalupas were good as well. To this day, this is the best Taco Bell I have been to.
