Me very favorite tea spot, not only in Plainview but everywhere...not only is the crew fabulously friendly but the sweet mint tea is out of this world. I'm happy anytime I pull up to the windows and see smiling faces and have my prepared tea handed to me. Oh and Angus loves his pup cup!

Specialty shop for teas hot or cold. Employees are friendly and take time to explain each tea and what goes into making each drink. Have limited items of food like muffins, cookies, or selected items of small cakes.

Tea2Go why are the Plainview store employees always asking for tips? We are buying your tea as a service. Can you not afford to pay for the Help? I don’t understand the concept. when we drive through McDonald’s, their employees never ask for tips. Sincerely, a person who loves your tea, but feels uncomfortable when people beg for tips.

Little confused door say closes at 8pm but stopped by at 7pm. The tea dispensers had no valve to get any tea and seem like closing in next 15 minutes. I had to ask to put tea in cup.
Great drinks..not good service. Parked at drive thru window and waited awhile for the worker to finish her convo with her coworker. Then she opened the window to take my order. She was not friendly when she took our order. Very disappointing because this is one of our fav drink spots.
