Little confused door say closes at 8pm but stopped by at 7pm. The tea dispensers had no valve to get any tea and seem like closing in next 15 minutes. I had to ask to put tea in cup.

Great drinks..not good service. Parked at drive thru window and waited awhile for the worker to finish her convo with her coworker. Then she opened the window to take my order. She was not friendly when she took our order. Very disappointing because this is one of our fav drink spots.

So much better now that Victoria is not managing this store. She's the reason I quit going into tea2go.
They double charged me and when I called to address it I was told that they would issue a refund through a gift card. I was okay with that but then when I went to pick up the gift card there was no record of it.

If you want the world's best tea go to this location. Such kind employees, and great business, and were in and out within 5 minutes. I don't know what Jennifer was talking about but this was a such and amazing experience.
