The first time I ordered a chicken sandwich it was dry I tried again and its dry with an old piece of lettuce. Also they forgot to put in spicy ketchup through the drive thru and on another day they forgot the chocolate chip cookies i ordered with the kids meal. Not sure if the employees need better training but I wont be going back for awhile.

This was my first time at Whataburger, and I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and came out surprisingly fast. What really stood out, though, was the amazing customer service. The elder man who took our order went above and beyond—he was cleaning around the dining area, placing orders, and even came over to ask if everything was okay. I know Whataburger isn’t a sit-down or waiter-style restaurant, but he made us feel welcomed. That kind of service makes a huge difference. He definitely deserves a raise! Because of him, this was such a great first experience, and I will 100% be coming back.

A lovely place to stop and eat! Food was hot and delicious and workers were welcoming and friendly. Customer service was definitely on point and we recommend this spot to anyone. In my experience Whataburgers never have good coffee but this place had good coffee and I finished my entire cup!

It really is all about a good attitude, a smile and a bubbly personality. I was rather pleased with my short time with Stormy here at the Plainview location. While food service is difficult, speaking from experience, her attitude made the experience just that much easier.
The hamburgers were really good. When they had just opened a few months ago people would say it wasn't very good. Our food was delicious!

Went there for dinner tonight and Adam was our cashier. He was dealing with a difficult customer prior to us and remained calm and kind as he corrected her order of 6 ranch dips! (Haha!) He then waited on us and was very friendly and knowledgeable!!! The other young man helping him out was very kind too! The cook did an amazing job, everything was hot, fresh and perfect to our liking! Great job tonight Plainview Whataburger!!!!!!
