This was my first time at Whataburger, and I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and came out surprisingly fast. What really stood out, though, was the amazing customer service. The elder man who took our order went above and beyond—he was cleaning around the dining area, placing orders, and even came over to ask if everything was okay. A lovely place to stop and eat! Food was hot and delicious and workers were welcoming and friendly. Customer service was definitely on point and we recommend this spot to anyone. In my experience Whataburgers never have good coffee but this place had good coffee and I finished my entire cup!
It really is all about a good attitude, a smile and a bubbly personality. I was rather pleased with my short time with Stormy here at the Plainview location. While food service is difficult, speaking from experience, her attitude made the experience just that much easier.
