Food was good at a reasonable price. Older but expected atmosphere. Our waitress was excellent and very customer friendly. Will be back

Fried fish and French fries with salad bar was very good.!

My husband and I went for lunch. The waitress was rude not friendly her name was Elizabeth a Mexican lady she never came back to see if we needed anything else.she acted like she was better than us and more interested in her phone. We come in at least 2 times a week. Sad your going to lose customers.

Great steak, fresh veggies, and terrific service.

I ordered fried chicken with broccoli and mashed potatoes, grilled chicken and broccoli for my kid. The chicken was crispy fried, the grilled chicken was crispy fried too, like why?! Mashed potatoes are watery with no slightest butter in it?! Only broccoli tasted like broccoli, wouldn't be surprised if they made it fried crispy also lol.
The place itself looked interesting but the waitress was rude, rushing, impatient. I also asked for a high chair, which she pointed out to the restroom area where I had to pick it up, so I did and there was urine on it, ugh. Terrible experience.

Their chicken fried steak, potatoes and fried zucchini was so good!

Best onion rings anywhere

we started with onion rings. hamburger steak with cabbage and fried zucchini. fried catfish with fried okra. chicken fried chicken with fried okra and green beans. all absolutely delicious. if we go that way again, we'll stop in to try something else. guy was there trying to eat an 85oz sirloin steak&baked potato 1hr15mn, which he would get for free if he accomplished the feat. I'm sure he did. was almost finished when we left. great down home atmosphere, friendly and fast wait staff

Our party of 6 generally goes to eat there twice a month. Each time we go the food is fresh and SOOOO good!!!! The chicken fried steak is next to none. So perfect!! Huge portions…get ready for a ”to go” box. The breading is perfect and the steak so tender! Fried catfish?? Oh ya! All you can eat on Friday nights. You won’t be disappointed. If you like onion rings you’re gonna LOVE these. All hand battered and fried HUGE onions. You gotta try them!! Last week one of us had a steak. You could cut it with your fork! Do yourself a favour…. Go to Relay Station (located in Plantersville ) and treat your self to one of the best meals you can get in Texas!!

I’ve been coming to eat here for since 1980’s. It is a genuine country side restaurant which makes it unique and inviting. The steaks are first rate for a fair price. I highly recommend this place!
