Just left this location. This subway is awesome. Always clean and excellent service. I live in Coldspring, and refuse to eat at the one here. So I go to point blank for my sandwich. Good job guys ?

Disgusting. Every time I've gone there, the employee is never present until I've been standing there for 5 minutes. The ingredients were not fresh, the vegetables were empty and watery, lettuce had brown pieces, and lastly she mangled my wrap while attempting to fold and cut it. Save yourself the anger. Do not come here, you will leave disgusted.

Female employee attire had incorrect size of clothing. While wearing gloves had to continuously pull pants up. The roll-up food covers were left open allowing insects to fly around (in general). Female employee appears to be sick or have allergies with constant sneezing and coughing. (Yes it is that time of the year) Online order alarm found to be annoying when customers in line. It requires fingerprint without gloves. I understand a sandwich is not an art piece, however the chicken and onion could have had more care and finesse. Lobby was not stocked, quantity and appearance of items in the cooler were less than satisfactory

This 5 star rating is based on the amazing young lady trying to run it by herself. Lets set the scene.. Their food truck was broken down somewhere so they where out of almost everything. They had power failure in this are earlier today. So you can imagine the abuse this young lady has had to endure today from rude customers. She greeted me with a smile, ytold me the bad news about the supplies and then said, \"but lets see what we can build for you\". We decided to use the last of the steak hit it with bacon and peppers, because, no lettuce. She made it all with a smile and encouragement. So yes a 5 star rating because I believe if she can be that awesome with a day like she is having, just imagine what she can do with a stocked store, no power outage, and a little help. Give her a raise and keep her!
