Poor girl was the only employee in the building! She had at least 6 people waiting in line and one person waiting for an online order for 25 minutes. Who is the manager of this place? I wanted to get behind that counter and help her. She was still so courteous and apologetic! Shaking my head at management!

I’ve been to many Subway locations, but this one truly stood out! I ordered my food online and by the time I arrived, it was ready and perfectly made. The sandwich was toasty, crunchy, and balanced to perfection—every ingredient tasted fresh and just right, with nothing overpowering or missing. I sat down to eat, and the dining area was spotless and welcoming. Easily one of the best Subway experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Used to have 4 slices of roast beef on 6 inch, now the last 3 times I've had 4 or 5 on footlong. Can barely taste the roast beef. Live half mile away and have to drive to krum not to get ripped off with less than half the meat.

If you are not first in line be prepared to wait 5-9 minutes per person. Tbh just go to bevs or Martha's
Can't get a simple order correct and will sit there and argue with you. Dont know their own ingredients I guess. Really hope the workers at this subway find the education/help they need.

Amanda was amazing!! She had the front of the store clean, beautifully organized, and she even took the time to make everything aesthetically pleasing— Which doesn't mean much to everyone, but to me it means she really pays attention to detail and wants it to be of quality. Subs made with love! Best service too, Amanda was very kind and had a cheerful mood that just brightened our day. You go girl! This store is always on top❤️
