Amanda was amazing!! She had the front of the store clean, beautifully organized, and she even took the time to make everything aesthetically pleasing— Which doesn't mean much to everyone, but to me it means she really pays attention to detail and wants it to be of quality. Subs made with love! Best service too, Amanda was very kind and had a cheerful mood that just brightened our day. You go girl! This store is always on top❤️

The two ladies that built my sandwiches were professional, and friendly. They seemed to care that I got what I wanted, and that they made them right. Which they did. The food was great. The atmosphere is...... Subway. The store was clean, which always makes it more appetizing.

WOW! I moved to Ponder going on 3 years now and today was the first time I visited this location. I was heading home from running errands and wanted a sandwich for lunch. Duh, a Subway right down the street. I ordered online and it was waiting for me when I walked in the restaurant. The place is a lot bigger than I expected and it was clean. The young lady behind the counter greeted me as I walked in and thanked me as I walked out. I got the food home and it was PERFECT! Thank You.I will be visiting this location again...maybe tomorrow. ?

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Not to any fault of the "1" person working in this store today I waited in line 20 minutes as he frantically made online orders instead of helping the people inside. This location is slowly going downhill. Won't be back!
I ordered online and for some reason thought y’all closed at 10, I called up there and charles was THE SWEETEST person ever!!! they waited for me to come around 9:30 to pick up my order and didn’t have attitude or anything. I live in krum and I always make the commute to come to this subway because everyone that works here are all so nice and respectful! the store is also insanely clean and food taste fresh. pls give charles a warm welcome because they are SO KIND

This is one of the cleanest and biggest Subways I've visited. Quick and very friendly service. Love that it's right around the corner from my home. All other food places are about a 20 to 30 minute drive.
