Good food, but they did not cook it as I requested. Service is great. The parking situation is impossible. I had several cars blocking my exit, and many other vehicles were struggling to get out of their parking spaces. They really need to fix the parking situation.
We used to summer in SPI from the 80's and 90's. Been coming here since then. They have the BEST homemade flour tortillas I've ever had! The best salsa! (Might need a bit more hotness) Prices are spot on and almost always packed.

A small dive beach restaurant with great food at ridiculously cheap prices! I’d eat here every morning, but we’re staying on the Island. My friend loved the Juevos Rancheros, especially the refried beans. I got a fajita plate. I was thrown bc fajitas were served chopped up, but they were tasty. Tortillas were homemade and perfect. The chips (-good) and queso were okay, but not like TexMex style you get in Dallas. More like a cheese dip for a pretzel. Highly recommended...
