Food and service was great. However, for some reason it took an hour to get the food. Restaurant was packed. I'm certain they might have been short staffed that day.

It is such a home-like atmosphere with terrific service and food, and not to mention the great prices. We kept going back again and again and again. Even when we left that day back to San Antonio, we made sure to eat there b4 we left.Doesn't look like much from the outside, but don't let that fool you because you'll miss out on great "Everything" ?

The service was very slow, it took almost an hour to serve us the food from when we sat down. The portions are generous but the flavor leaves a lot to be desired. It should be noted that we visited the restaurant on a Saturday, there were many people. We could understand the delay if the food was delicious but it wasn't.

food lacks taste and freshness espically for being a mexican style place. the workers seem to not want to be there no one smiles ( not that it's a requirement) seems pretty expensive for something I can get better at a nicer and MUCH MUCH CLEANER place.

Place sucks. No queso, or margs. The tortillas are good. Thats about it. Got fajitas and had enough to make one small taco if that out of a tortilla 1’ in dia. All onions and lettuce. Would not come

Worst service ever, if I could I wouldn't give it a single star. They never took our order and we had been waiting for over 25min. They only had one server and she attended us and we were asking about a plate they had and she interrupted me as I was speaking and said she would be right back and never returned. She approached us again 10min later because she saw we stood up and were gathering our belongings.

I think they forgot about us. It was very busy. The waitress apologized. Our food portion was smaller than the 1st time we came. We will try it again. It was a busy day.

Huge portions and great staff. Great breakfast in Port Isabel. You should be able to switch back and forth between English and Tex mex before you leave. A language lesson and good breakfast in one!
