Wonderful food, friendly staff with greater insider info on the island they're happy to share. It's tucked away behind a water park and just a hair hard to find, but this is the best BBQ.

Not even open until 7p even though their store hours sign says 8p. Waste of my time and effort.
Change the sign if you have different hours.

Two words, The Rockstar. It's a jalapeño popper on steroids and totally worth the lipitor script you'll need afterward. The pork ribs are smoked to perfection and fall off the bone awesome. The moist brisket can be cut with a credit card it is so soft. The staff is friendly and attractive. As of writing this, they are remodeling an indoor dining area, so I can't say too much about that, but if you need a smoked meat thirst quenched, Porky's Pit is the place to go on SPI.

We ordered several pounds of meat and some sides and it was all excellent! Would absolutely order from here again!

Chicken had no flavor and it was dry like they boiled it and then cooked it . Lots of spices on top of chicken
