This place is an all outside Restaurant but we didn't get to eat anything there. The Service was Terrible from the moment we walked up. We just walked away. A lot of cursing going on by an employee. Terrible!! Uninviting!!

Went to go have dinner. We were there over 30 minute's no one even came over ask if we wanted anything to drink or eat. I would not suggest my worst enemy to go to this place. My wife even asked the 3 servers just standing around doing nothing. So sad, such a scenic place with lousy service or should say no service at all.

Don't waste you time and I mean don't waste your time because the service was awful! Let me start by saying I don't believe it was our servers fault because I believe she was bartending and trying to check on tables. It's the owner/managers fault that there was no help for her. It took forever to even get acknowledged by anyone. We ordered sodas which were brought to our table warm with a cup of ice. Of course it melted right away. We asked a couple of times for another round and got nothing!!!! The food was good but they didn't bring our complete order to us. We got the rest of it after we were done. They were also out of some menu items which included french fries. I don't know if it's always like this but the experience was bad enough we all wouldn't waste our time again!

Worst service we have had in a long time!1 star is for the warm, not hot, food they did have (see below) and flavor was okay. There were about 7 tables counting us while we were there so place was not busy.Tables not wiped done well - bird poop on seats. Man (seemed to be owner/manager) answered that we could sit anywhere when we spoke to him so they were aware that we were a new table sitting. Waited a good 5 minutes and he, nor the 2 girls, brought menus/took drink order so I went to bar to ask for menus (4 total tables at that point, counting us). Sunday afternoon and was out of French Fries, mozzarella sticks and large to-go containers. We weren't told any of this when I had to go looking for menus OR when we were able to place drink order. Guessing the list of things they were out of was too long. Since out of apps, we ordered a basket of chips to go with our entrees. The man brought the food without the chips. We were done eating when girl finally brought them. Asked him and her both for drink refills, never got them either time. We asked for mustard, never got it. Since we didn't get drink refills, we went to our truck and brought in our own. Had to go to bar for straws.Had to go to bar for boxes.Had to go to bar for bill. We had planned to be there for a couple hours and have a few drinks after eating (5 in our group) but spent our $ elsewhere. Really hoping Pelican Cove opens back up - ALWAYS had great service, plenty of food, and was busier.

Tonight, we ate black drum for the first time. It was truly delicious. Then, we listened to a guy sing live music as we enjoyed the view. I am truly blessed by God and spoiled by my husband.Dietary restrictions: I'm keto, so I had the blacked fish and salad without croutons and ranch dressing.

I've tried to eat here on three separate occasions. Each time, their hours said they were open but they were closed. Not worth the trip, plenty of other places in Mansfield that actually keep their hours.

Typically we have a great experience, tonight, not so great, waitress took my order completely ignored my husband to take orders from an apparent friend, after calling her, had to whistle to get her to come back and take my husbands ‘s order after serving us cold queso and chips, and then told us it’s going to take long to get food because she didn’t like being whistled at, wow! The positive, we can sit outside on the water!
