A restaurant with consistent tasty homecooked options.
Fish is always fresh and cooked just right. The owner makes tasty, fresh hamburger patties herself with optional toppings and french fries from potatoes she cuts up right in the restaurant. The salad bar is always well stocked. Definitely homemade goodness but away from home.

We both ordered the fried shrimp with a baked potato. The shrimp was overcooked, and the potatoes were undercooked. We've been there several times and this is the first time we haven't gotten good food. Normally, I would have given it 5 stars, but not today. I didn't bother to send it back because you never want to P.O. the help.

Bird wise: being so close to the coast you can have some good birds flying over. Such as laughing gulls, brown pelicans, teens, and others. This includes loggerhead shrikes and golden-fronted woodpeckers to name amfew.
