They have a lot of young kids that work in there and have no morale. They where blatantly cussing with kids in the lobby, they where walking and playing around instead of getting food out .

My grandkids and I I love DQ food and treats. We go at least once a week and order thru Uber often. Usually, the staff is friendly and professional. This last visit, the counter girl spoke so low I could barely hear her and she acted like I was a burden to take my order. I thought I was being too critical, but when we sat down my 7 year old grandkids said 'That girl acted like she didn't like us'. They asked to eat outside because she made them uncomfortable.

Why is it that EVERYtime we go to DQ through the drive-thru....we have to pull around and wait. It's a drive-thru...not a drive and park. It's super annoying and the staff said it was policy.....it needs to change, it sucks!

My last few visits there the food has been pretty consistent. Fixed correctly and tasty.
No personality, no receipt, wrong order and ungodly wait. So frustrated with the lack of care. I wont be going back to this location. Laziest staff i've ever encountered.
