Customer service is awful. Made me feel like it was an inconvenience for me to eat there. Had to ask for stuff multiple times. Waitress never came to table, had to call her over every time. Asked for a to go container, set it on the table and walked away. Was never told to have a good day, asked how I was. Will not be back. Mama Kim’s from now on!
I went in to order 20min before closing, due to my work business hours. but was told that my order can’t be accepted. (to go)
Have eaten here several times, but Pho Ha I guess will be receiving my business. Never turned me down no matter what time frame.
