We came to Pho Neches for the first time and were really excited to try it out. Unfortunately, the experience started off poorly. We sat down and waited for about 10 minutes without being greeted, and even after walking up to the counter, we were still not acknowledged. First impressions matter, and the lack of basic customer service made it disappointing before we even had a chance to order.

I ordered a Pho Dac Biet. Broth was good, but they were being cheap on the Pho noodles. Pho noodles was probably the cheapest of all the ingredients and there was hardly any in my the Pho bowl. They were being cheap on the side veggies also that came with it, there were a few strands of bean sprouts and basil leaves. You have to order 2 bowl to might even get full.

Customer service is awful. Made me feel like it was an inconvenience for me to eat there. Had to ask for stuff multiple times. Waitress never came to table, had to call her over every time. Asked for a to go container, set it on the table and walked away. Was never told to have a good day, asked how I was. Will not be back. Mama Kim’s from now on!

Love chargrilled pork/shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce. Nice people. Basically fast food. Just run inside and get it as soon as you leave house. Boom. Healthy fast food.
Never really ate this type of food…tried it and been hooked ever since. I came here to really say that I’ve tried other places like this one since and nothing comes close to Pho Neches. This is the only place I come to….at least twice a week!
