Customer service is awful. Made me feel like it was an inconvenience for me to eat there. Had to ask for stuff multiple times. Waitress never came to table, had to call her over every time. Asked for a to go container, set it on the table and walked away. Was never told to have a good day, asked how I was. Will not be back. Mama Kim’s from now on!

I eat here at least once a week, I try to at least, some of the best food I've had in forever. The staff know me and my husband and our orders to the point we only ask or a menu when we want to order something different. As long as the place is open I will be eating here.
The noodle are always broken , the protein portion is light, the pork is not marinated long enough, the char on the chicken is not existing, the cha goi taste frozen maybe store bought light filling inside. If you call for anything the lady is rude and immediately take offense , like it is an attack. Uygens and mama Kim's is better.

Received incorrect order. When I calledThe lady was extremely RUDE & told me to callGrubhub. My order was NOT placed by Grubhub! She assumed she was speaking to someone else that also had an incorrect order & was HORRIBLE to me. Even went as far as saying I ordered brisket Pho & not Shrimp. They didn’t even attempt to make it correctly. I used to order from them at minimum twice a week. Such a shame! Mama Kim’s has this place beat by far!

The chargrilled pork looked microwaved. I asked for with peanuts and you see what they gave me a few crumbs on top. The lettuce cucumber and carrots were fresh… The noodles seemed store bought and the fish sauce and peanut sauce was very watery. The spring rolls were good but all this for almost $20? It wasn’t good. I usually devour this dish from other locations. I wouldnt buy this again for $10. Won’t be back
