Finally got to try this place today and I am impressed. They were out of brisket (about 12:30pm) as well as a few other things I wanted to try but I ended up with turkey, chopped beef and a couple of ribs along with the potato salad and Caesar slaw. I’m a potato salad snob and they surpassed my standards! It was perfect. The Caesar slaw was delicious as well. I don’t think I’ve ever had anything quite like it. I finally got in to Redbird BBQ. I got the meat sampler! May I just say my family and I were blown away! It was amazing and their take on cole slaw is delicious!!! Also, the owner and employees were so nice and hospitable. THANK YOU!! Absolutely 10 out of 10!! We will be back!!

We had a wonderful experience! Number 1 in BBQ hands down. Details matter and every ingredient was purposeful and complimentary. Hospitality/Fine dining tuning of perfect seasoning and blending smoke with love. Get in before the State realizes there is no more competition for number 1!
