Finally got to try this place today and I am impressed. They were out of brisket (about 12:30pm) as well as a few other things I wanted to try but I ended up with turkey, chopped beef and a couple of ribs along with the potato salad and Caesar slaw. I finally got in to Redbird BBQ. I got the meat sampler! May I just say my family and I were blown away! It was amazing and their take on cole slaw is delicious!!! Also, the owner and employees were so nice and hospitable. THANK YOU!! Absolutely 10 out of 10!! We will be back!!
