Terrible. Was very disappointed. They didn't even have old fashioned doughnuts. Their kolaches had no effort put into them. All in all it was a very unsettling experience. Made my girlfriend cry.

I ordered happy birthday donuts for my son’s 13th birthday. Being that his birthday fell on a Friday which is a school day, I ordered the donuts to be ready at 6am so I could surprise him before school. I arrived at 5:51a, 9 minutes before they should’ve been ready. The young lady went to the back and searched around then came back and said you ordered them for 6am and that she was about to do them. She was very unfriendly, just dry and not reassuring. Concerned, I said I understand that I am 9 minutes early but will they be ready in 9 minutes? She said yes. They were not.. I left the shop almost 20 minutes after 6. I live a half hour away and was late setting up my son’s surprise. Just not the best experience after paying almost $40 for happy birthday donuts that were decent. I wouldn’t order again. Customer service is everything.
