We were trying to order ahead and get the 1/2 off diacount, but the app always gives me trouble. As soon as i pulled up the car hop came to my car with 23 shakes and was trying to give them to me as he/she read out the order from the receipt in his hand. Im honest and nice so i told him it wasnt mine but id take it if he wanted me to. He off course looked confused as he smiled and tried to figure where he went wrong. It took him a short 10 min. It was good service with good food I was satisfied. They were fast

Usually stop in for breakfast before work. The menus have been glitched out for 6 months (menus missing, no confirmation order on checkout screen, kiosks out of order). Tried using drive thru instead of kiosks. A few times the service has been pretty slow for just a standard combo (nothing added).
