Have no review. Went there because Nederland was closed. Y’all girl there with skin tight pants was very rude. You people that own this place will LOOSE this business if nothing is done. I WANT BE BACK! Shame!! Good sandwiches but not worth it.

Posted hours here on the website and at the store itself say they close at 10 yet the doors are always locked by 8:55 and the employees will ignore you if you try to go through the drive through past that time too.

Female manager arguing with and antagonizing employee. My lunch hour is for relaxing and regrouping. Not an atmosphere I want to sit, eat, and read my book. Corporate or owner needs to do evaluation. Drove right off amid the chaos

My husband went thru the drive way to get himself a sandwich after work, he got to the intercom mind you I'm on the phone with him the whole time, he gets the how are you doing please wait, after about 10 or so minutes of waiting my husband said something and the guy came back over the speaker asked him to wait again, then he must have waited for about 15-20 mins and finally said I'm leaving. I'm not sure how many workers you have but honestly you should hire more. Your workers customer service skills also need to be picked up cause when it came up to the 20 range he tried talking to them again and the guy never answered him anymore just completely ignored him over the intercom. I have worked as a manager over the years and have never seen this type of customer service so bad. ?

I decided to have subway for lunch today. I ask do they take coupons. She said yes,but you can only get the ones they didn't list on the coupon. Ok that's fine. Can I get the All American Club. She said no because it has bacon on it. I did not argue but it don't say no sub with bacon. Also they don't take the coupon for free ?. This subway just makes up there own rules and don't honor the subway coupons.

Avg subway, no complaints. YOU MAKE THE SANDWICH DUDE. Sometimes you might have to ask for more or less of an ingredient depending on the staff.

I went into this restaurant on my lunch break, there was two people working and they was helping a group of 3 people. When I initially walked in the young lady said her greeting and I patiently waited until they was done helping the group in front of me. Through out the time of helping them she kept looking at me, in a way to acknowledge that.. "I'll get to you as soon as I can". So a gentlemen came in after me, she said her greeting to him. He stepped to the back to look at the menu to show that he wasn't in line. When they finished with the group, instead of her come to me next she looked at me AGAIN and then asked the gentlemen what he wanted to order. Now at the time, I'm like okay... lets see if this customer is gonna be a gentlemen and speak up and say something .. BUT OF COURSE NOT... so she begins to take his order..so I RESPECTFULLY say out loud.. um is anyone gonna take my order since I've BEEN standing here? The other worker comes to help me with my order, while she continues to make the other customer order. So now my meal is at the point for the condiments to be put on and that's the station she is at..does she proceed to help me? NOPE..she is toasting the chicken to put on the other guy salad and she just standing there.. looking at me again...SO I give her this look like... umm part of your job is to multitask.. so while his chicken is baking help the next person..so she caught by vibe and started helping me with my food FINALLY... I come here a lot and the fact that you pick and choose who your gonna help show poor customer service skills... I mean I don't bite.. lol I just wanted the same since of urgency that I've seen displayed while standing there waiting my turn for the last 15mins.

This location always has help issues. They can't keep help. But if you go on less busy times, it's fine. Everything is fresh.

Ordered online through the app for delivery and nothing was right. They subbed flat bread for a wrap and messed up on every other item with toppings etc. when called about store about refund or replacement they said that they cannot do that since it was ordered online (mind you through the subway app.) The app terms of service specifically state that if you're dissatisfied with the service or the food to contact the store directly. Not sure what to do here but won't be back.
