A must try spot on SETX!!!

My friend and I stopped in for a coffee and a sandwich, and both were excellent. What really stood out, though, was the service. Luxa was my barista and provided such a welcoming and positive experience. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind, Luxa made my visit memorable. Great customer service can make all the difference, and that’s exactly what I experienced. I’ll definitely be back!

Avenue Cafe is the kind of place that quietly becomes your favorite spot — the one you tell people about in hushed tones so it stays a little secret. The cold brew is exceptional: smooth, bold, and worth every sip. But it's the seasonal touches that make this place genuinely special. The cream cheese pumpkin muffins are bakery-shelf worthy — tender, warmly spiced, and just indulgent enough — and the Princess Peach Refresher is a delightful, sunny surprise that tastes as whimsical as it sounds. The atmosphere is unhurried and genuinely cozy, carrying that rare small-town charm where you feel like a regular even on your first visit.

The guys behind the counter were so courageous and the coffee was some of the best we have ever had definitely 10 out of 5 place to go !!

We always love eating here. From the pinninis to the coffee and tea drinks, even down to all the freshly made unique desserts. The coffee is made here as well. It's a fun hangout for especially the young students. Also, the winnings are a nice size that my husband and I normally share

What a gem of a shop! Quaint, funky, cool. Relaxed vibes and unique. The baristas are all AMAZING. The coffee is to die for, and the food (the Houston, the Avocado toast with bacon, the sprinkles and chocolate cookies) are absolutely AMAZING. We went for 1 1/2 weeks straight and ate that. Also, the coffees.....
Do yourself a favor and go here. You won't regret it!

Went in one morning few months ago and ordered the grilled cheese with tomato and onion.
Trust me its so delicious with oozing cheddar cheese sandwiched by crispy sourdough bread.
We go there just for it.

Order my coffee there every morning and I love that they learn the face of their customers. Most of the time they see me and hand me my coffee when I walk through the door! Never a wait when you order it on the toast app! Love this place

It's a little bit better than Starbucks in every way. Locally owned, better prices, better products, plus the atmosphere is super cool!

I ordered the pestoast (sourdough, pesto, crushed walnuts, and feta), the butterbeer latte, and a cookie, and wow they were so good!! I came mid morning on a weekday so there were a handful of people that came in and took their coffee to go, but otherwise it was totally empty and quiet. This would be a good place to get remote work or studying done! The staff were all super friendly and chatted with me a bit, even recommending some cute shops in the area if I was bored. I’ll be back for sure!

Every time I come home I give this place a shot. I love that PN has a coffee shop now I think it’s great. But the coffee is just…not great. Everything is so sweet. Just bums me out /:

Okay! We had to come back and get the Houston croissomlette again because, yes, it's that good. We also got the Turkey Peach Panini to try something new, and let me tell you the trip this sandwich took me on! At this point, I believe every item on the menu is a hit. This is a MUST STOP. Even if you're just driving through!

This is our second time coming here and our first time getting food.

Nice chill vibe and the employees are cool

I got a B.R.A.T sandwich, and it was great but not 14 dollars great. Kinda crazy for a sandwich a la carte.
No chips or pickle is wild

The coffee is super reasonably priced for how good it is though.
