Craving a steak and a good glass of wine, I decided to try 5D Steakhouse one night in Port O'Connor. I was by myself so I sat at the bar. I was immediately greeted by a friendly bartender and she remained attentive for the duration of my meal. The Grigio was really good. The steak came out over-cooked. The bartender immediately agreed. She found a smaller plate so I could keep the baked potato and eat that while a new filet was cooked. I appreciated that since I was hungry....
Was in town from Houston. This place was recommended by a local. I was shocked at how good the steak was. I got the 12oz sirloin and it was as good as almost any steak I've had in Houston or Las Vegas. Shockingly good. Macaroni and cheese was great too.

Food was good and decently priced although for choice ribeye or filet it was pretty pricey. Staff was a bit frazzled and disorganized for our big party but they did manage to get us all taken care and get food to our table in good timing. Definitely recommend this restaurant when in POC
