Unbelievable experience....order completely wrong....potato cakes stale....sent back...2nd set same...potato cakes old and sandwiches wanted no sauce but still sauce.. 2 times...wow. Wanted refund horrible potato cakes and mgr didn't know no this (needed to wait 10 minutes for phone call)

I drive 30-40min to get there and NEVER DISAPPOINTED. The staff takes pride in every aspect of their jobs and ALWAY treats me warmly and the wants to make sure my meal is perfect. Even making sure the food is placed on the tray perfectly . Chic Feilet staff has nothing on these guys.

From ordering to food being handed off...the experience went smoothly. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and got my large order correct. Everything was hot, put together correctly and flavorful.
