Had an opportunity to meet a back pew rep at heb pearland. Sampled bierfest and their ipa. Bought both in a sixer. I've always preferred a marzen to bierfest until now. The maltyness makes it an excellent fall beer. The ipa is definitely hoppy with an excellent nose but with the smoothness of an ipa of higher abv. There's a reason why this brewery survives as others unfortunately fade away .

Friendly staff, AWESOME beer.

Hands down, this is the best brewery in Houston. It’s the best beer: the variety and quality are supreme, and everyone can find a favorite. The Lucy Hefeweizen and the Kingsbrau Festbier are two of our faves. However, it’s the family-friendly vibe that makes us come back again and again. There’s a small park for the kids and plenty of space to throw a ball or frisbee around!
