I'm not racist or prejudice, not even judgmental. However; when I go into a fast food restaurant that isn't even Mexican, i expect to be understood. I don't drive and I make just under a hundred dollars a month, so this is the first time I've ordered out in a VERY long time. I ordered the new ROYAL fiery bacon crispy sandwich and when I got in the car my bf drove off immediately I opened my sandwich to find there was NO BACON, NO CHEESE AND NO SAUCE..not to mention the lettuce was totally different than advertised but thats normal ive come to find out. . So needless to say I'm pretty upset with my experience concerning my order. Now that I'm here I might aswell talk about the cleanliness. Before entering, there was a full grown German cockroach right under the door handle, after I ordered I had to use the women's restroom and all seemed fine until I opened the stall, the inside of the toilet has a gross amount of fecal build up stuck to it, the handle has a trashcan lid and liner covering half of it, the only other stall has a toilet 3/4 full of pee water, probably clogged. I used the restroom anyway because I was already about to pee myself. When I went to wash my hands there was so much force, water was splashing every where and the handle to the paper towel dispenser had a disturbing amount of dust on it. I'm usually not one to leave reviews but they just tipped me over with this one. I really hope they fix that place up and do something about the service. I don't know if I'll be going back there.

People were nice. Food was good. But a BIG DEAL TO ME WAS A LADY AND HER 2 DAUGHTER'S BROUGHT A KITTEN INSIDE OF THE BURGER KING!! YES INSIDE AND THE MOTHER ORDERED FOOD AND THEY WERE SITTING AT A TABLE WHEN I LEFT!!! HUGE HEALTH VIOLATION!!

delicious. For me the best place for hamburgers... the Texas double whopper is delicious. and the staff are all very friendly and greet you and welcome you. That counts for a lot... 100% recommended.

Very disorganized night shift. I’ve been here a couple of times at night at the drive-thru, and every time they get my order wrong and charge me for something completely different. Also, the lady didn’t seem to know English well and appeared to have a hard time understanding. I am very disappointed. The staff needs more training and should focus on the customer. I came here with my uncle just now, and we told them no bacon on the cheeseburger, but she charged us for a bacon cheeseburger. When we confronted them about it, she took our bag back after handing it to us, but when she returned a minute later, the burgers hadn’t been changed or fixed in any way. Won’t be returning back at this location.

I purchase the 2 cookies for 1 dollar and did not receive them with my order when i made it home. I tried calling burger number on 1314 and it keeps giving a signal as busy.

This BK is usually a good location to visit. They rarely ever have gotten an order wrong. The food is usually hot and fresh. (Cold bk fries suck!) While the service is mostly professional, I’ve always felt that it’s not friendly here or that I’m not wanted. The restrooms and dining room have been clean every time I’ve visited.
I want to thank the franchise owners by not having a 100 flavor coke machine that makes the drinks taste like cough syrup. The individual fountains are the way to go.
