I wish i could give this place a ZEROO. HORRIBLE SERVICE, workers are slow and RUDE + get new and you need more workers, waited 30 minutes for my sundae for it to be HALF way absolutely not. Worse Burger King EVER!!!!

I had the Texas burger; it was covered in sauce, but the gentleman in the drive-thru was nice and professional. But when I went to eat it, the sauce dripped out of the paper and onto my clothes. When they reheat the meat they should do it without the bottom bun. It makes it so hot to hold.

My plan was to dine in at the Porter location. I ordered the basic combo with cheese. When I received the order, it was a bacon whopper sandwich only. I explained to the manager I ordered the basic combo and was given nothing I asked for. The sandwich only was $7.03 and the charge for additional fries and drink was $3.50. What a rip off, but the combo I asked for would have been $8.49. What a complete rip off. By the way, the manager was the one who took the order. Absolutely no listening skills and a nonchalant attitude. Disgusting!!!
They were rude and the store was dirty. They are unprofessional and it took them 5 times to get my order correct. I went through the drive thru to be sitting there for 20mins without an answer.

Just a heads up. The combo prices on the menu are for small meals. But they'll just ask you if you want medium or large. Also be sure to give them coupon code before ordering.
