What a terrible experience! I have not been to a Chick-fil-A in several years but I was wanting a bit of protein this morning so I stopped at this one which was incredibly hard to find and get to because of the construction on North Park and having the blinding sun in my eyes. But I finally got there and I ordered a spicy chicken biscuit. It was absolutely the worst greasiest nasty biscuit I have ever seen in my life! So I take the meat out of the biscuit throw the biscuit away because it's inedible. That's when I discovered the chicken is a less than quarter inch thick basically nothing piece of meat mostly breading Chick-fil-A should be ashamed of charging people money for such cheap quality crap! Never again will I fall for this blatant abuse of consumers. I'll keep my money in my pocket rather than waste it at Chick-fil-A

Food is the only good thing they have here. Pick up orders are helped absolutely last even during no busy periods. I'm not even a door dasher, just some guy trying to pick up food for his wife on the way home and had to wait 10 minutes after the food order was already placed 20 minutes ago. How is this fast food?

They forgot all about Chick-fil-A sauce. When I went back in there and let them know, the manager (gentleman in a green polo) asked me how many I needed and I said 10. He said “10?!” Like he had never heard that before? He was pretty loud and kinda made us feel awkward about it. We have four small kids. It’s not a lot for us.
He explained to me that it’s a lot of Chick-fil-A sauce to ask about and he asked me if I have a receipt on me. Like he thought I was lying? It was odd. Then he asked the window lady if she had given them to me and she said they were at the bottom of the bag. Nope. She’s covering herself. Makes sense if she doesn’t want to get in trouble. But it was just weird to be treated like I was lying about Chick-fil-A sauce lol. We don’t live on this side of town so I may not ever make it back here, but I definitely won’t be at this Chick-fil-A again. Such a small thing to just give people extra sauce. Maybe there’s other factors I’m not considering? Anyways, I wasn’t really stoked about it to be honest.

Never had an issue at a chick fil a but this one. They always get my order wrong and I’m too far away to go back and have them fix it. Extremely disappointed
I have never had a bad experience outside of this ChickFilA and have never posted a review about a fast food restaurant. Here, I ordered the family meal with 4 Mac and cheeses. They had me pull into the parking lot because the order wasn’t ready and they were backed up in the drive thru. Understandable. But, I waited longer than I ever had and by that time jetted out when they handed me the bag. Lie and behold, no Mac and cheese. None. Called into the store and manager said they’d put it on the app but it would take a couple of days. A week later, nothing. I called back. Different manager. Said she’d call back at a certain time. Nothing. Just out the money. I was blown away because in all my years, ChickFilA had never failed me. Won’t go back here.

This is the second time I go to this restaurant and forget to a sandwich off my order. I have to drive back (10mins each way) and my food is cold. Please check your order before you leave. Their quality service check is horrible!

every time i come here they mess up my order! even after giving it time for new employees to come in or improve. Tonight I asked for a deluxe with no tomatoes, there are indeed tomatoes. I also asked for chick-fil-a sauce and ranch, 0 sauce in the bag. no napkins and no straw. I give up on this location and will be going out of my way to drive to the one off of kingwood drive just to not have to deal with the inconvenience of taking off after trusting someone did a simple task correctly, just to be disappointed over it. Let alone that I paid for!
