This place has the rudest & or slowest employees.. most the time they can’t either hear on drive-threw intercom or they don’t understand you…after all back & forth repeatedly saying what u want they change the total at least once when u get to window an then ask if you want your change… (((after they can’t get the order to start & play dumb on intercoms.. I’m sure not tipping ..)))). “yes I want my change” 🙄.. then to be told to pull to front because they our time and get in trouble if people are sitting at the window too long, 🤔heelllooo.. the timer is set for a reason .. obviously the food shld be out in that timely matter an if they can’t something isn’t copasetic🤦🏽♀️ .. having crappy attitudes, lack customer service an decent management is enough for me not to return …. very unprofessional employees.

Went to order some food and some kids work there and all they were doing is lagging that might of been high on some stuff they were wired I proceed to tell nvm I’ll just go and they were waving my bye so there were kids working there they need to learn customer service and professionalism they stuck at it 🤦🏽

The chicken was completely stale and dried out, the fries tasted half-raw and undercooked, the mac and cheese was bland and clearly NOT fresh, and the gravy tasted like it had been reheated from the day before. This isn’t just one bad order either. Every single time we order from this location it somehow manages to get worse. It’s honestly embarrassing at this point — either the cooks don’t care or the manager is purposely telling them to keep serving old leftovers instead of making fresh batches. That’s the only explanation for food that tastes this stale. We’ve tried other Church’s locations and never had a problem — but this location is by far the worst of them all. It needs to be called out, because customers shouldn’t be paying full price for food that tastes like leftovers. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better. You guys are horrible, and by far the WORST location. DO NOT COME HERE. We’ll keep posting this review if you try to take it down.

I just went through the drive-through ordered a family pack of SPICY chicken and a separate order of something else. I get to the windows they only got my first order had to re order my second one I pay and they ask me to pull up, I said no because I didn’t understand why I had to pull up when there was absolutely no one behind me I wast rude I just If it’s ok I’ll wait here. I get home and my chicken is NOT SPICY I do not like their regular chicken i paid $33 to get chicken I do not like but this isn’t the first time this is the third time that I ho here because it’s the closest one and I get something wrong. It almost feels like the people who work up here do not want to be there at all such a disappointment and waste of my money.
Very good hot and fresh chicken was great, not crowded, and it was very clean. We did eat in the atmosphere was great. We hope this review helps.

Anytime that I come to this location in Porter Texas. They are always out of chicken today July 13, 2025 no smokehouse chicken no fried chicken available at 8:30 PM that's the last time I'm coming to this location.!!!
