Came here last week with my family FYI if your a female and want to ask for a special pizza send your husband or a male up to ask because the ladies working that night were very rude. When I asked for the pizza she just looked at me and walked off so I didn't know if that was a yes or no. I waited 20 minutes or so then my husband went to request the pizza and in 10 minutes the pizza was ready so I got my answer.

Everything was great except it was extremely hot! The AC was out. Nonetheless, the employees did such an amazing job at keeping the buffet full & clean. They absolutely deserve a raise for how well they were working in those conditions. I hope the issue was resolved cause i’d hate to have to drive 15 to the next nearest one.

The food is okay, it's cicis, you expect an all you can eat buffet of cheap pizza. It's still pizza! Hard to go wrong there. Desserts are good, pizza has plenty of variety and pasta isn't half bad. There's far fewer games than there was 10 or 15 years ago, but they have air hockey and that's probably the best thing. $10 bought me and my step son 5 games of air hockey. $10 buffet plus an optional drink upcharge is well worth the cost.

I had an unsatisfactory experience at CiCi’s Pizza. The salad bar was minimal and lacked freshness, with barely any variety. The pizza selection was extremely limited, which defeats the whole point of a pizza buffet. To top it off, the air conditioning wasn’t on, making the dining area uncomfortably warm. Overall, not worth the visit.
