Mgr Tyler made an upsetting experience with new caney store much better, he provided quick and outstanding customer service by honoring a prior messup from New caney location... Very friendly and will bring my service back to Porter dominoes before another. Thank u Tyler. Great job. U need a raise

Service was great. Tonightâs pizzaâs were very bland and dry crust. Nothing good about it. Tonight was a cheat day for eating healthier and working out with a movie for the family, And my order made me wish I went else where. No garlic sauce on crust, crust was over cooked. I wish I could get my money back or the pizza redone correctly.

I saw a driver after handling a dirty steering wheel and money then started chopping vegetables, with no gloves on. There nails were dirty,uncut.
I couldn't believe my eyes.
I get the pizza people don't wear gloves cuz they got to spin the dough, but come on my kids eat the food.
Why is it driver cutting vegetables anyways.
If they do that they should provide them with gloves to wear so they don't contaminate the food.
I'm a little disappointed in my favorite pizza place.

I had phone in an order. The guy that was helping me did not know the prices of the items in which I ordered. He had told me the total price was $26.00 and some change. I had questioned the girl that was delivering my order about the bill being $10.00 higher then what was quoted.. she gave me the name and phone number of the manager Aaron Hernandez. She asked if I could call him Sunday morning because they were so busy and short on help. I called Mr. Hernandez this morning and he was very rude and negative about everything! He basically told me that he couldnât help me and said that he couldnât help it that his employees didnât know the prices. Iâm not asking for free food. The only thing I was trying to do was at least make the prices right or even split the $10.00 differences with me. He said he wasnât going to do that either!!! He needs someone to better train his employees on the prices are he is going to have bigger problems down the road!

We ordered on the app. App said it'll be 20-30 minutes. Over an hour later I call and some lady just said that they were busy and had to throw away pizzas. Not our problem, get your shit together

Ordered my free emergency pizza online plus some breadsticks and cheesy marinara sauce. All was good, and ordering online for pick up was quick and easy. Friendly staff too!
