Usually theyre great but pricey, but they hired a new kinda bigger girl, terrible customer service if you call it that. They indicate they close at 1pm but twice now I've seen that she closed early with product still to be sold.

I came in with my son at almost 8 am , and I usually come here when we are close by , however I said hello to the woman in front , NO RESPONSE! Poor customer service towards us. We requested what we needed , and as soon as another individual came in , she greeted them with a Good Morning. I can definitely tell what was that about. It’s okay I will take my business elsewhere. Not sure what she’s going through , I hope she learns to just leave feelings out the door and not transmit those to her customers.

Walked in at 7:20a. Not a big selection of donuts. Not even a medium size selection of donuts. The 'Donut Palace' doesn't quite live up to the name. The lady working there was sweet but I walked out to go to another place that actually specializes in donuts.
This a terrible place to go to the old lady always seems to have an attitude with me shes always giving me hard time when i pay wants over $6 in spending in cc and the worse part of this place is that the kolaches are either sittimg there for hours that when she heats them up there nasy half hard if you want real good kolaches and fresh go to pats donuts on 59 porter waay bettwr and you can buy 1 kache with credit card qnd is fresh as well

I love this place. Went the first time a few weeks ago. The donuts and pastries were delicious. The little lady who served me was precious.I have been back several times. Everything I have purchased is delicious. I even took 3 dozen mixed to some friends. They loved them. Next time I go I want to get some of beautiful breakfast sandwiches. They look very yummy but I am addicted to the donuts and pastries. I will go back at least once or twice a week.

Watch out for your prices the first the older lady xharge me 3.78 then she charge me 4.07 when 8 had grab the second time the prices are 1.39 and 1.99 you do the math. NOT GOING BACK.
