“Decided to dine in as an impromptu birthday celebration, rather than the original plan of driving to Kemah. We got too late a start so this was an excellent plan B. March 14th, we were a family of 6, and sat in the far booth in front of the bar. Our waiter, whose name I regret not catching, was superb! He went way beyond the call of duty when I thought I'd left my phone and went back after closing searching for it. He displayed so much concern and heartfelt compassion, immediately putting me at ease, walking me thru my memory, and getting other staff members on the case. At one point I looked up and there were at least 5 guys with flashlights out searching around the table where I might've dropped it.Of course the phone had slipped out of my pocket when I sat in the car to leave, and was nudged under the seat all along, silly me! But I was floored by the patience, kindness and dedication to customer service shown to me by that waiter especially, and staff. Thanks so much guys!Beyond that, the food was delicious as always, high quality and fresh. Was delighted to see my favorite Deluxe Seafood Platter still includes soft-shell crab, and large tender scallops(so yummy). And later discovered pretty sizable chucks of fresh lump crabmeat in the stuffed-crab stuffing that I enjoyed as leftovers the next day. This visit made me hate the Seafood House arm of the business hadn't yet expanded to DFW where I've recently relocated...darn! But otherwise, the atmosphere is lively, and the meal service was terrific: responsive, quick and orderly. We've been enjoying the brand for decades it seems now, and it's great to see the standards all around are still firmly in tact.“

“My birthday was yesterday and I had just made a crumble cookies account because I was told that you get a free cookie on my birthday. You’re supposed to make your account 2 weeks before your birthday so it can be validated so I couldn’t get my free cookie but Norman (the owner) was so kind and generous and he gave me my free cookie anyway☺️“

“The pizza ? ? was Yummy!!! The sauce was perfect, not too acidic as most red sauces are. The lasagna was really good. A good portion of meat and cheese and the sauce was perfect with a good Italian flavor. I found the prices a tad higher than some of the other pizza ? places, but it was worth the couple of dollars extra as there are a great deal more ingredients and better quality of ingredients on the pizza ? ? than other places. The restaurant was very clean and had a great atmosphere. The bathrooms were individual and spotless.We will be going back...“

“I am vegetarian and love coming here because the burritos are huge and delicious. They are always willing to work with me to create a veggie burrito.Vegetarian options: Even though they have limited vegetarian options on the menu (egg and potato taco) they are always so friendly and willing to create a veggie burrito upon request. The burritos are delicious and fresh, I get rice, beans (no lard in their refried beans), lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and avocado!“

“I’m very impressed with the customer service at this restaurant! Ms. Mayz is so amazing.. she absolutely went above and beyond measure to satisfy me and my sisters. I will not explain the situation in detail to avoid typing a book lol. Customer service is always a main concern for me at a restaurant because I’ve had several bad experiences (not in this case). “Y'all I am blown away at the quality of this pizza in the airport. Blaze pizza you did this. I love the create your own creation for one price. Food in the airport be crazy expensive but this pizza was less than $13. I ordered Italian sausage, meatballs, pepperoni, jalapeños, mushrooms, tomatoes and banana peppers. The service was quick and the staff was refreshing. I gasped when my pizza came out because it looked so good and immediately the staff asked if the pizza was correct. She was ready to make it right. The ambience is the ambience it's the airport. Nothing special but there is seating right there by the pizza joint. This is a late flight and won't be at anything wine I land on the west coast so this was perfect. Checked prices for food on the plane and charcuterie board started at $11 bucks. The win for me! This location is in IAH terminal A.“

I ordered for pickup one time and they accidentally gave me the wrong order. I came back and they were so nice and understanding for the inconvenience; they even gave me a free bowl for my next visit :). I order the Orange Spicy Chicken with noodles and no veggies, SO GOOD!“
